Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Fundamentalist at fundamentalist.dev. By creating an account or starting a subscription you agree to them.
The service
Fundamentalist provides coding exercises, an in-browser editor, an AI Assistant, and curated courses. The first half of each Dynamic Fundamentals language course is free. The second half, generated advanced topics, and curated courses require an active subscription.
Accounts
You must sign in with a real email you control. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share credentials or use the service to attack, scrape, or overload our systems.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a quarterly or annual cycle. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not give prorated refunds for unused time except where the law requires it. If a charge fails, we may revoke paid access until the invoice is paid.
Acceptable use
Do not submit malware, attempt to break out of the code sandbox, abuse the AI Assistant or email features, or copy lesson solutions for redistribution. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other learners.
Content and AI
Lesson content is ours. Your editor code stays yours. The AI Assistant can be wrong; treat it as a tutor, not as a source of production-ready advice. Generated advanced topics are created automatically and may vary between learners.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the editor, sandbox, or AI Assistant. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost profits or data, or for damages above the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the new terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision.
